Shipping- International Shipping rates vary by destination. After your order is placed, we will contact you with a personalized shipping quote and issue a separate invoice prior to shipment. Spellbinders has released a fun birthday box! Unlike other kits this one has no end order date, we can order more any time and there is no education linked to it. WE are planning on doing a fun  in store event where Cindy, Kathy and Marilyn each create a class, and we get together in store and crop and take the 3 little mini classes ... Sometime in the summer.. 

If you need yours shipped, we can figure out your real cost later, generally i can ship to most Canadian places for less than our $25 cost, leave a note you need it shipped and pick in store pickup and i will figure out shipping once the kit actually arrives..

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
