This is a white pigmented Re-Inker for the Ink Pad which shows up very well on dark paper and works extremely well for white stamping. being a pigment ink it can also be used for embossing and combining with white embossing powder will give you a very white crisp sentiment or image. this in pad will need to be re-inked.
