Shipping and Handling

Our offer a a standard flat rate shipping of $9.99 for any size order. 

You may also pick your order up for FREE at our retail store in Steinbach.

Most orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after payment has been received. 

Although we try to keep our quantities up to date, in rare cases, there may be a descrepency between the stock quantity online and actual number of an item in stock.  If for some reason, the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and have an variety of options available to you regarding the order.

We ship using a number of different carriers including Canada Post, DHL, UPS and Fedex and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.  Although we can't control what are carriers do, we would be glad to help with any issues regarding the shipping of your order.

Some orders that are shipped to countries other than Canada will be subject to duties and/or taxes.  We are not responsible for these charges, please familiarize yourself with your countries policies before ordering.

Returns

At The Scrapbook Cottage, we pride ourselves in providing a fantastic online shopping experience for our customers.  If you would like to return an item, if there is an error on your order or if you have a question about your order, please contact us and we would be more than happy to address your concerns.  You must contact us first before sending any items back to us.  We will accept returns on most items purchased online that are brand new, never been used in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase.  We will NOT accept any returns for items that have been used or that have been taken out of their original packaging.  Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all shipping charges back to us.  We do not offer returns on paper products.
